You’ll receive an order confirmation once your request is submitted and a shipping confirmation when your order leaves our facility. For larger or managed orders, your corporate representative can provide updates.

If a design is rejected, you'll be notified to either change it or cancel the order.
We provide a digital proof for approval before production. While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in color or rendering may occur due to materials and screen differences.
